Course Introduction

Our SQL courses were designed by Tamara Shatar, who holds a PhD in Agricultural Data Science. She focused her extensive experience and skills in modelling using machine learning, simulation and other techniques to create a course with depth and applicability.

What is SQL?

Is a programming language, Structured Query Language, that enables users to communicate with databases. It is considered the primary language used with relational databases. SQL statements allow users to combine data from multiple tables, sort, filter, aggregate, extract data and query databases.
