Annette was a fantastic teacher. The best compliment I can give is that she really made an effort to go through every little detail clearly and in detail. She also brought a lot of energy, passion and humour which really helped break up the format and content of our two-day course. I learnt a lot from her and now feel much more confident using this program. Thank you.

Well paced and thorough. Learned a lot and re-learnt old bits. Being self taught I knew how some tools worked but not in context so it was great to have a knowledgeable instructor to guide me through a more structured course.
