Steven ran the session well. It was difficult topic to be able to train people on but I thought he was effective for this beginner level and supporting people and online people as well. He presented and adapted well to any issues.

I thought Steven had a good pace when teaching and explained things well. He was interactive with the students.

Excellent communication - thoroughly explained everything that was presented in a concise and professional manner. Good interaction with users and went at a pace that was easy to follow and understand. Provided great answers to any questions and did everything with a great positive attitude which made the course a lot more fun.
