Patient, knowledgeable and informative.

Steven was very clear with his explanations. He was always happy to answer questions and assist anyone who had a question or had missed a step. I did think there would be more information specifically about how to create and use a Sharepoint site. I always knew I would need to do the intermediate course as well, but I did feel that a large section of today was spent on basic office functionality that wasn't specific to Sharepoint. I was hoping to come away with more of an understanding of the big picutre of Sharepoint, but maybe that is just in the intermediate course.
