Perry is very good, the first 3/4 of the session was great and I followed, the afternoon concepts of macros and templates were far too complex for me, maybe because I have never used them or will not have cause to use them, i do appreciate the course is standard so the curriculum is set.

Our trainer went into a lot of details and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He went through items slowly, so it was easy to follow along and take notes if you wanted. I picked up a lot of little pieces which I didn't know and have left the course feeling confident using Microsoft Word in the job. I feel a lot more confident now implementing my new knowledge into my work and upcoming projects.
