The Microsoft 365 beginner training was a very worthwhile session. The trainer was knowledgeable, clear and engaging, making the content easy to follow. The session covered key features in a practical and accessible way, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and apply what we learned. It was a great introduction to the tools.
