Mikayel was really helpful and very easy to understand. The pacing of the training was really good, especially after we realised we didn't have access to the training materials due to our spam filters. Perhaps ensure when sending through the session materials that you flag with NSW government employees that the email might get caught in the 'Promotions' folder.
