John was very friendly and answered any questions that were asked. First half of the course seemed quite basic, but picks up. Learned a lot on background/foreground pages and found it very useful; as well as resizing shapes that are inconsistenly sized. Might be good to include cross-referencing shapes using hyperlinks (such as subprocesses that are detailed on separate pages for example) for future training courses, by renaming shapes and cross-linking. Fun course nonetheless, especially good for people who are being introduced to it. Thanks very much John!!

Great knowledge and technique for sharing. I've been using visio for a while now but it's nice to know what and how it works rather than fumbling my way through.

Great trainer incredibly knowledgable and passionate about Visio. Really enjoyed the morning content. However the afternoon content is quite specific to different groups and their private interests. So not sure how you make it of interest to everyone. Still really enjoyed the training, and can't wait to sonk my teeth into Visio practice.
