Laurence was great and clearly very knowledgeable. The most useful components of the training came after lunch. This was really useful and helpful to have the virtual sandpit to practice on.

I think the course was brilliant, well tailored to the 2 students in the class. Timely, very involving and engaging. Explored comfort zone but was also assisting in getting out of your comfort zone. A good mix of practical and verballing engaging.
